Itinerary
Day 1
SATURDAY 18th SEPTEMBER – WELCOME PARTY – NOBU HOTEL TALAMACA BAY
GET ONTO YACHTS AT 10.00 PM
Travel to Ibiza Town port from the airport. The adventure starts here. We’ll all gather at the boats at 8 pm, meet your skippers and the other crew members. Check out your home for the next week, in time for sunset drinks on board in the shadows of the imposing Dalt Vila, the backdrop for one of the oldest and most beautiful harbours in the Med.
Day 2
SUNDAY 19th SEPTEMBER – CALA JONDAL & BLUE MARLIN
We start this week off in style, stopping with a mid-morning swim at Playa d’en Bossa, then lunch at Las Salinas with some of the coolest bars in the med. Before sailing on to Cala Jondal and ending the day in the world famous Blue Marlin Beach Club.
Day 3
MONDAY 20th SEPTEMBER – FORMENTERA Sun Set Dinner Party
Day 3 sees us Sailing to the island of Formentera. The chilled out bohemian of this island will delight With some of the most mind blowingly beautiful natural landscapes, wildlife and some the whitest most idyllic beaches you’ll ever encounter, we thought it only right to spend the evening here. Underneath the stars in a secluded anchorage just off shore.
Day 4
TUESDAY 21st Sept – ES VEDRA & CAFÉ MAMBOS SUNSET
We’ll sail the SW coast of Ibiza passing the mystical Es Vedra Rock before making our way to perhaps the most well known town in Ibiza, San Antonio. Find out why this place is so incredible with dinner and cocktails in Cafe Mambo as we celebrate life under one of the most beautiful sunsets in the world.
Day 5
WEDNESDAY 22nd SEPTEMBER – WATER ACTIVITIES AND SAN ANTONIO – Sunset Dinner at Wikki-Woo fancy dress party
On Day 5 we’re taking you to experience a different side to Ibiza to most. The West Coast has some of the most impressive cliff and rock formations and you will get to enjoy it first-hand. We’ll stop to explore one of the finest beaches in the world – Cala Salada.
We will be doing water activities such as swimming in crystal clear water, water-skiing snorkelling, paddle boarding and much more.
We will be hitting the Town at night for a group meal then Fancy dress after party at the Wikki-Woo

THURSDAY 23rd SEPTEMBER – Night time surprise final event
Day 7
FRIDAY 24th SEPTEMBER – GIVE YACHTS BACK AT 9.00 AM (END OF TRIP)
Getting There/Away
You will need to organise your own flights in and out of Ibiza for this trip.
Inbound
The best option would be to fly into Ibiza on the same day as boarding the yachts I.E. Saturday 18th of September (Boarding time 22.00), then you have two options to get to Ibiza Town… Option 1: Bus from the airport, which takes about an hour and costs €5. Option 2: Taxi, which takes 35-40 minutes and costs €40-€50. You’re bound to be on the same flight as a host of other people, so can sort transfers closer to the time.
Outbound
The best option would be to give yourself a day to get rid of your sea legs and fly home on Saturday or you can quite simply fly straight out of Ibiza the same day that we hand the yachts back on Friday the 24th September at (09.00 am check out time)
Accommodation
Yacht Life will provide 5 cabin charter yachts which are fully equipped to sail in Spanish waters and include all relevant safety equipment.
The yachts will be captained by RYA qualified skippers chosen by the Yacht charter company. Team leaders and the skipper will brief all customers in person on the day of arrival regarding Yacht etiquette.
